Here’s everything you need to know before you play!
🧸Play
Q: Can I drop off my kids?
A: No. Parents or caregivers must stay with their children at all times.
Q: Can I wear shoes in the play area?
A: Shoes are not allowed in any of the play areas. Grippy socks are required for both children and adults — no exceptions.
Q: Are grippy socks provided?
A: Grippy socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes. Our playland is designed for children ages 5 and under only.
Q: Is there a height limit?
A: No, there is no height limit — only an age limit of 5 years and under.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation ahead of time?
A: Reservations are encouraged to guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Q: Do I have to sign a waiver for each child?
A: Yes. A signed waiver is required for each child and will be kept on file.
Q: I have a reservation for a play session that I can no longer attend. May I get a refund or reschedule?
A: We’re sorry, but no refunds are available. However, we do offer a one-time rescheduling option.
Q: Do adults have to pay?
A: No, admission is free for 1 adult with a paying child.
🎂Food & Parties
Q: Can I bring in outside food?
A: Yes, outside food is permitted for birthday parties only (for example: pizza, cake, or cupcakes). Food must stay in the Party Room and is not allowed in the play areas.
💛Memberships
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes!
- 
Month-to-month memberships can be canceled at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next renewal date. 
 
 Example: If your renewal date is October 1, your cancellation notice must be received by September 1 to avoid being charged.
 
- 
Three-month memberships can also be canceled, but if you cancel after one month, you’ll still have access for the remaining two months. Refunds are not provided for unused time. 
🎁General
Q: Can I buy a gift certificate?
A: Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase — they make a great surprise for little explorers.
